Does
Global Wholesalers charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied only to orders that are shipped to Florida,
legally we are headquartered in Santa Rosa Beach. Considering
the value of most of our products, this is a significant savings. |

can someone give gifts using Global Wholesalers?
If you'd like, we'll ship your gift directly to the recipient.
During the ordering process, simply enter your name and address
as the Billing Address and the recipient's name and address as
the Shipping Address. |

Can
people outside the United States order from Global Wholesalers?
Global Wholesalers now ships to Canada using UPS ground. We also
ship lighter weight products to Europe and Australia. |

How
can I change my order once I've received a confirmation?
Since many of our orders are shipped same day, it's important
to contact us within 4-6 hours if you must change your order.

Do
you ship to APOs/FPOs?
This depends on the product. If it's light enough to send via
the United States Postal Service (USPS) then YES we will ship
to your APO/FPO. If the item is too heavy, and we must use FEDEX
or UPS as the shipping agent, we would then contact you prior
to shipping your order. |

What
if my email address or personal information changes?
Click on the 'Customer Service' link located on the menu bar at
the bottom of every page. Next, click the 'Update your Account'
link. If you are asked to log in, do so by entering your user
name and password. You can then update all of your personal information.

Can
you send me a catalog?
Global Wholesalers is an online retailer. We have no traditional
brick and mortar retail store and much of our merchandise is shipped
to you directly from one of our warehouses on the east or west
coast, or directly from the manufacturer. This is how we are able
to offer a selection of products and still keep our overhead,
and thereby our prices, as low as possible.
All the products we sell can be found on our Website, which is
updated daily as more brands and models are added, options change,
and as products occasionally sell out. Subsequently, to produce
an accurate mail catalog would be frustrating.
As our Website serves as our catalog, we have made every attempt
to include as much information as possible for every product that
we sell. Clicking on a picture of a product will enlarge the picture
in some cases, providing an up-close view. Most photos show adequate
detail just as they are on the webpage. |

Why
can't I find a product I saw last week?
All of the products you see on our web site are usually in stock.
Should an item become temporarily out of stock, your order will
be placed on backorder. If a backorder occurs, we will inform
you via email of the delay in days and offer you various options
on how to proceed. |

my credit card information safe?

that the web page you enter your credit card information has a

your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process
and, unlike in a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact
with your credit card number during the approval process.

What
if I still don't want to use my credit card on the Web?
You can also place an order using a personal check or money
order as payment. After your order is processed, you will receive
an address to send your check or money order. Upon bank clearance,
we will ship your order and send you an email informing you
of the tracking number.
If you're worried about id theft, we only use SSL Secure servers
that scramble your credit card information at 128 encryption
rate. We require the 3 digit security code on the back of your
credit card. This ensures that someone who just has your credit
card number from a receipt, cannot order without that code.

if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We guarantee all merchandise sold by Global Wholesalers. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused
merchandise within 30 days for a prompt refund. See our refund

When
will my order arrive?
We ship most of our products directly from our warehouses on the
east or west coast, or directly from the manufacturer themselves.
In most cases, your orders received before 12pm EST, will be shipped
that day. After 12pm EST, orders ship the next business day. Business
days do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Fridays,
so orders received after 12PM EST on Thursday will ship the following
Monday. You will receive emails to confirm your order; that your
order was processed; followed by an email providing you with tracking
information on UPS and FEDEX shipments, or delivery confirmation
on Priority Mail shipments. Your credit card isn't charged until
the day your order is shipped. |
