Global's Return Policy
At Global Wholesalers (Global
Wholesalers), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you find that you need to return an item, please review the
complete details of our return policies below to determine if
any special return conditions apply. If you wish to return an
item, we must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items cannot be returned after 30 days unless they are defective.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA
authorization number.
Items that are Defective,
Damaged or Misshipped
- If it is
determined by Global Wholesalers that the product has a material
defect; or it was misshipped through our error, you will receive
a refund for the item(s) along with all shipping costs.
- If the item
is damaged during shipment, inform us and we will contact
the shipping contractor (usually UPS or FedEx Gnd) to process
a damage claim and re-ship your order. Items shipped via USPS
require an additional charge for insurance. We are not responsible
for items lost or damaged during shipment. For this reason,
Insurance is recommended on all orders shipping via USPS,
Priority Mail, and Air Mail.
Return Criteria Check
List
Before requesting to return an item please read
our Return Criteria Check List, provided below, to ensure that
your item is returnable. All merchandise must ship in its original
package along with all parts and accessories intact. If you are
returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your
return meets the conditions described.
- Products such as ladders, levelers, and
ladder accessories, must be in Original condition, complete
and in the original box. Original condition means factory
fresh - if you have used the product and it's not defective,
or parts are missing, Global Wholesalers will not issue a
refund. In such case you would have to arrange for return
shipment of the item from our RMA.
- Perishables, Weight Loss Supplements,
and Nutritional supplements may not be returned, unless defective.
- Personal use items - must be in original
packaging and in unused/new condition.
- Returns
for other than manufacturer defects, items damaged in shipment,
or items misshipped through our error, will be charged a 12-15%
restocking fee. This type of return does not qualify
for a refund of your shipping costs. If you received any type of
discount on the item, the per item cost and actual shipping
amount may be adjusted to calculate your refund.
- Partial returns, that decrease the quantity
of your order, will be recalculated for the amount you received
at the rate for that amount plus actual shipping costs. The
difference will be deducted from your refund.
- All authorized
product returns must be shipped prepaid UPS, FedEx Gnd, or
USPS.
- Unauthorized
returns (non defective items beyond the 30 day delivery date,
used items, or returns without an RMA number) will be refused
or you will have to arrange for return shipment.

To request a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#)
for an item, simply fill out the RMA
Form and press submit. If the form is accepted, you will
be taken back to the home page. Within 72 hours your RMA
number will be posted to the order invoice you are wishing to
return and you will be contacted via email with instructions
on returning your product.
Returns will not be accepted without a RMA
number. RMA numbers will expire after
10 days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after
that time frame.
You will be required to send your RMA
return shipment prepaid via UPS, USPS, or FedEx Gnd. Please be sure
to keep your tracking receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for
a return without a tracking number or proof of delivery confirmation provided by
UPS, USPS, or FedEx Gnd.
Please notify Global Wholesalers within 24 hours of shipping
your item for return. If you received free shipping with your
order, we will deduct the actual shipping and handling charge
from the total refund amount.
Credits are processed upon confirmation and review of the return
by our RMA department. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Please allow up to two billing cycles
for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit
will be issued.
